Mission statement of the organisation a) create specific conditions for the development and satisfaction of the needs and interests of the members and inform them of the association's activities. b) persistently defend the rights and specific interests of the members and actively pursue their solution. c) inform the public of the issues of the deaf for these to be viewed as integral part of the society. d) perform social prevention, provide counsel and information to the citizens with impaired hearing using sign language, precise articulation and available information means. e) secure education of interpreters of the sign language, articulation interpreters, employees of ANEPS, social workers and volunteers. f) secure publicity of ANEPS activities in its own magazine as well as other media and to acquire advertising partners.
