EUD has produced materials that the National Associations of the Deaf or any other interested parties can use to do their lobbying work during the European elections 2019.

On EUD website you can find:

-       Advocacy materials

-       Information on the European elections

-       EUD tips during the political campaigning for the European Elections 2019 explains how you can use all the materials on the national level.

Advocacy materials section contains materials that NADs should be using while campaigning for more accessibility during the EU elections. EUD has written a statement, in 24 languages, that should be disseminated among the candidates to ensure that they consider and guarantee the rights of people with disabilities during the European Parliament elections. It can be downloaded in the Word document and can be easily edited. Moreover, EUD, together with EUDY and efsli released the joint statement ‘Don’t leave deaf voters behind’. The statement is available online and sets out. In this section you can also find materials produced by the European Disability Forum (EDF) including EDF’s petition and manifesto.

Information in your language section provides with information on the European elections, including information on This Time I’m Voting campaign, information on the lead candidates, some infographics and statistics. We have made sure it is available in your language. Yes, one of 24 official EU languages!
