Poland
The Polish Government has just recently started posting statements in Polish Sign Language, but it was mainly due to the fact that the deaf community agitated such movement- prior to that, no televised statements were in Sign, thus making them totally inaccessible to the deaf.
Furthermore, there are still some statements that are not interpreted, or the interpretation is added much later (i.e. statements made by the Office of the President of Poland).
