Meet your MEP: Ádám Kósa

In this month’s ‘Meet your MEP’, EUD Communication & Media Officer Lars Knudsen interviews Ádám Kósa MEP from Hungary. He is the first Deaf member of the European Parliament. He is also member of the European People’s Party (EPP) in the European Parliament.

Ádám Kósa MEP answered questions from Lars Knudsen about his new pilot project related to real-time sign language interpretation and captioning services at the EU instutions. He also gave his view on the highlights of 2012 regarding Deaf people and the European Year of Citizens in 2013.
